During my stay, I had the chance to meet some artists and learn about the art scene of the neighborhood. The hotel was a beautifully restored old factory, with plenty of art exhibitions spread throughout. The room was very spacious and stylishly decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location was somewhat out of the way, requiring a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station. At nighttime, the surrounding area was quite quiet and may be unsettling to solo travelers who are not used to Japanese neighborhoods.

Our room was much larger than anticipated, and the public areas were cool and artsy. We enjoyed learning about the local artists who live and work on the property. the hotel was sparkling clean and had a lovely atmosphere.
The hotel was a bit far from public transit, which might be difficult with heavy luggage.
